Pull request diff colors are indistinguishable for color blind people

Steps to Reproduce

• Open a Pull Request diff on Bitbucket 7.x

Expected Results

The chosen colors for the new PR diff are color blind friendly.

Actual Results

The colors chosen for the new PR diff UI are not distinguishable for color blind people.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
