Currently, when an in-browser edit is made to a file in a repository, repository watchers do not receive notifications because the necessary post-receive hook is not triggered as this is a direct commit against the branch and not necessarily a "push".

Although it is outlined in the repository watcher details that only pushes trigger these notifications, it would be good to enhance the repository watch functionality to include this particular use case of the in-browser editing feature.
