    Description

      How to reproduce:

      1. Create a PR in a repo with some merge policy (for example, it may require 2 approvals and green tests)
      2. Wait while you will be able to merge the PR

      Current behavior:

      No way to notify a developer that the PR is ready to merge

      Desired behavior: 

      Some event (webhook would be ideal) so it's possible to notify a developer that the PR is ready to merge
