      Issue Summary

      Nowadays the only way to create, comment and decline a pull request is via the web interface. The goal of this suggestion is a way to create, comment and decline pull requests via SSH.

      There is a plugin that does this job, SSH Support for Pull Request, but the project is inactive for some time. A customer is asking for this feature out-of-box.

      Suggested Solution

      Implement a feature to create, comment and decline pull requests via SSH protocol.

      There aren't any known workarounds for this issue yet.
