The top status bar at the top disappears when reviewing code. This makes it really hard to switch between different PRs that I’m reviewing or proposing, and usually involves having to present the home button on the keyboard or opening a new tab.

The status bar should stay put in the PR screen all the time (including the title of the PR and the tab selector for overview, diff and commits)
