Summary

In some development processes it's important to fetch the configuration file with dependencies to build the environment prior the building the code or sending for the code coverage check.

In a case of such operation needs to be performed with PR there is no REST API endpoint to fetch only one file.

Please provide the REST endpoint to fetch single file from PR scope rather than working with patch.
