      Problem Definition

Currently, it is possible to watch a repository and receive email notifications to follow its activity.

However, as a Bitbucket user, I would like to receive a notification when a new repository is created in my Bitbucket instance.

      Suggested Solution

Enable triggering notifications when a new repo is created at the project level.

      OR

Enable the feature instance wide through user profile.

      Why this is important

This would facilitate communicating between developers, release engineers and set up other other tools.

Not having this feature requires more manual tracking in Confluence.

      Workaround

Currently, there are two third party apps that may address this:

              Unassigned Unassigned
              fabbes Fares Abbes (Inactive)
