Hide comments option remains active when adding a comment on a pull request diff after comments were hidden

Issue Summary

When activating the 'Hide comments' option in the pull request diff and then add a comment, all comments become visible, however the 'Hide comments' option remains activate. Comments can get hidden again by unselecting and selecting again the 'Hide comments option.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select 'Hide comments' in a pull request diff
2. Create a line comment
3. All comments become visible but the 'Hide comments' option remains active.

Expected Results

The 'Hide comments' option becomes deselected when adding a comment.

Actual Results

The comments appear but the option 'Hide comments' remains active.

Workaround

No workaround
