Issue Summary

Bitbucket is showing feature discovery pop-up for the newly created users for certain cases: ie creation of new branch.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new users for each browsers: ie, firefox, chrome
2. Log in with each users in corresponding browsers
3. Go to any repository and open "Branches" tab
4. Click menu button ("three dots") to the right from branch selector and choose "Create a new branch from here"
5. Type in the new branch name and click "Create branch" button

Expected Results

Feature discovery is shown for all new users in all browsers as on the screenshot.

Actual Results

chrome user in Google Chrome 76 is showing correctly
firefox user in Mozilla Firefox 68 is not showing any pop-up - no error in JS or logs
ie user in MS Internet Explorer 11.678 is not showing any pop-ip - no error in JS or logs

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
