Issue Summary

In the Global permissions interface there is a pop-up with a description:

Has full control over Bitbucket - can modify system configuration properties and all application settings, and has full access to all projects and repositories. We recommend granting this permission to as few users as possible.

French translation is giving for the last sentence: "We recommend granting this permission to as MANY users as possible"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch the language to French in View Profile - Manage Account - Language
2. Navigate to Administration -> Autorisations globales
3. Check the message in the pop-up for "Admin système"

Expected Results

"Nous recommandons d'autoriser cet accès au moins d'utilisateurs possible"

Actual Results

"Nous recommandons d'autoriser cet accès au plus d'utilisateurs possible"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
