Switching between Code Insights reports adds duplicate fields

Issue Summary

If a Code Insights report has fields with the same name, switching back and forth to another report would cause duplicate fields with that name to be added many times

Steps to Reproduce

1. At least having 2 code insights reports, in the report A include 2 or more fields with the same name - "Field A"
2. Open the report A, switch to report B

Expected Results

Report B should only contain its own fields

Actual Results

Report B has extra 2 fields "Field A" added on top of its own fields
Switch back to report A, more "Field A" are added on the report A
Keep switching back and forth would add more duplicate "Field A"

Affect front-end only

Workaround

• Refresh the page and re-open the report
• Modify your code insights reporter to only provide unique field names.
