Show tags in Commits tab of pull request

XMLWordPrintable

When I am viewing the list of commits in a pull request (at a URL like "http://example.com:7990/projects/EX/repos/example/pull-requests/42/commits"), Bitbucket Server 6.0.0 does not tell me whether those commits have any Git tags pointing to them. I would like to see the tags there, like they appear in the list of commits in a branch (at a URL like "http://example.com:7990/projects/EX/repos/example/commits?until=refs%2Fheads%2Fexample"). Both lists of commits have the same columns, so I don't think this is a matter of not having enough space on the screen.

Seeing the tags would let me more easily check where software built from the latest commit in the pull request has been deployed.

The overview of a pull request (at a URL like "http://example.com:7990/projects/EX/repos/example/pull-requests/42/overview") does not display the tags either, but I don't think it is important to see the tags there.

Alternatively, you could add a hyperlink from the pull request to the commits lists of the source branch of that pull request. That way, I could easily click the link and see the tags there. Currently, the header of the pull-request view shows the names of the branches but they are not hyperlinks. If you choose to add a hyperlink to the source branch, another hyperlink to the target branch would also be appropriate.
