Improve search of repositories using /rest/api/1.0/repos

Problem Definition

When using the endpoint /rest/api/1.0/repos and as an example, adding the parameter name=repo, the results provided by the endpoint will be all the existing repositories that start with the word repo.

This is sometimes not useful when you are trying to search for a single repository with the name repo, and any other results may be misleading/unnecessary.

Suggested Solution

Have the option to search for exact repository names and not just repositories that start with the text string used in the parameter name.
