Add the option to kill all user sessions

Problem Definition

There may be situations where killing all user sessions may be beneficial, for example, after configuring the integration between Bitbucket and an SSO provider, for example, SAML.

Suggested Solution

Have an option in the admin panel to kill all user sessions, and force all users to log out and log in again.
