Improve PR activity stream messaging when commit gets removed

      Problem Definition

      • There is a PR (PR1) containing two commits CA and CB.
      • There is a second PR (PR2) containing only CA.
      • Both PRs have master as target.

      If you now merge PR2, the activity stream in PR1 will say that CA was removed by you from PR1.

      This can cause confussion to the users working on PR1 as they may wonder why a commit was removed from that PR.

      Suggested Solution

      Improve messaging in the activity stream to "Removed from PR since it is already in the target branch".
