      Summary

      Both old and new issue number are displayed in pull request screen even though they are the same issue when user changed project KEY in Jira.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change project KEY "FE" to "PHEV" in Jira
      2. See pull request which include both new and old issue number in commit message
      3. Related Jira issue display "2 Jira Issues" but actually it's same

      Suggestion

      Recommend to display only new issue number.
