Summary

For security reasons it makes sense under certain circumstances for the user to be aware when someone (presumably they themselves) logged in successfully and when the last unsuccessful login attempt was - this will allow them to see if there's any suspicious activity (such as logins by malicious third parties) that should be reported to their security team.
