As an administrator I want to be able to customize the e-mail notification templates so that I can add confidentiality notices

Currently there is no way to modify and customize the templates used for e-mail notifications from Bitbucket Serer.

Some (larger) customers need to add confidentiality notices to all e-mail being sent, including internal ones in order to be able to meet compliance requirements.
