Workaround

Follow the steps below to create a Support Zip from a mirror.

1. Browse to the Bitbucket Administration Page
2. Select one of the following options:
   1. Support Tools - <mirror name> from the sidebar on the left
   2. Support Tools - <mirror name> from the Support area on the page

Note:

• <mirror name> will be the value chosen when creating the mirror
• in case of multiple mirrors, they will all be displayed both on the sidebar and on the main area of the page one below the other
