      Problem Definition

      HipChat development has been discontinued and HipChat Cloud services were shut down in February 2019, meanwhile Hipchat Data Center and Server will both reach end of life in September 2019.

      Suggested Solution

      Remove the option to integrate Bitbucket with HipChat.

      Workaround

      Follow the steps on the Disabling the HipChat Integration with the Atlassian products page.

      We Ended Support for HipChat Integration

      We have discontinued the development of all chat products. HipChat Cloud services were shut down in February 2019, while HipChat Server and HipChat Data Center reached their end of life in May 2019 and September 2019, respectively.
