Problem Definition

A Bitbucket Administrator would like to have the ability to access Bitbucket database obtaining a onnection via JNDI lookup.
It is already possible for some other Atlassian products, like Bamboo - How to connect MsSQL as JNDI Datasource.
It would make obfuscating the DB password with a factory class possible like in this Jira example and that might address some concerns shared in the feature request BSERV-10043 - Encrypt Database Password in bitbucket.properties or use integrated authentication
