I used Bitbucket/Jira/Confluence , all in the cloud for previous projects.  For new project, want to maintain source code locally on-prem server in Bitbucket. But want create CI/CD and track the commits made to user stories and track the changes in Jira which is hosted in Atlassian cloud. Do I need enable public IP or make Bitbucket server public? or from OnPrem Bitbucket can I simply connect to Jira on the Atlassian cloud? Will the commits be tracked. Pls suggest.
