Unsized SVG images doesn't render Split or Pixel diffs correctly

Commit an SVG file, then in another commit, move it to a new location. The diff of that commit should show a move with no changes.

Two-up and Blend mode show the image reasonably, but Split mode is squashed vertically, and Pixel diff is squashed both vertically and horizontally.
