Github and Gitlab both have pull request template so that repo admin can create check list and instructions to accompany pull request.

I understand there is something in the work for the cloud version (ticket there) . Is it also planned for the server version. And if so, can we get a timeline?

In any case, is there a way we could implement this ourselves with the existing API (this is critical to my company workflow)
