Given https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/30/PS-33469, we need the DELETE event to also log the branch name for completeness. Otherwise, we can have multiple DELETE events and not know what branch it has occurred on.

Note: We are using Bitbucket Data Center
