Provide better status interface for the mirror

Problem Definition

If something is going wrong with the synchronization of the repositories it's impossible to discover from the UI to determine which repositories (projects) are impacted as the status bar is shown for all the synchronization scope.

Suggested Solution

Add the status check for each project (repository) to determine the scope of the impact before getting reports from the end users.

Why this is important

It will help the administrator of Bitbucket instance to be more proactive in troubleshooting Smart Mirroring issues.
