The list of pull requests to be reviewed is not scrollable. The "Created" tab has a scroll bar that allows viewing the whole list of created pull requests, however the Reviewing tab has no scroll bar, leaving available only the pull requests before the window cuts off.

The scroll bar appears fine in 5.13.0 and 5.12.1 with testing so far, but is missing in at least 5.10.1.
