Project and plan specific variables for bamboo specs

It would be nice to set environment variables on project or plan level for bamboo specs plans without configuring the values of the variables in the code / yaml file.

Possible use case:
Pushing built docker container to an docker repo and passing login credentials for this repo via environment variables.
