Problem report:

Customers might have government requirements in order to make the login page display a textual warning that must be acknowledged by users before logging in.

This is currently only possible by customizing soy templates, however customizations are not supported.

Suggestion:

Allow administrators to add a custom message to the login screen.

Workaround:

There are no supported workarounds.
