Two tooltips are shown in parallel: Commit message and tag name in Bitbucket server 5.10

Summary

On the Commits page of Bitbucket Server 5.10 , hovering over the tag labels shows the tag name tooltip and the commit message tooltip.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a commit by editing a file directly in Bitbucket Server UI file browser.
2. Click on the commit commit hash in the Commit page of the BItbucket Server UI and add a Tag to the commit .
3. Hover over the commit hash in the commits page. 
4. Hover over the tag tooktip.

Expected Behavior

Either the tag name tooltip or the commit message tooltip should be shown, depending on which the user hovers over.

Actual Results

Hovering over the tag labels shows the tag name tooltip and the commit message tooltip.
