When there are multiple tags, a large gap appears between the first tag and the link to reveal the others

      When looking at a commit that has many tags, only the first tag is displayed together with a link to reveal the remaining tags. However there is a large gap in the UI between the tag that's displayed and the link to reveal the remaining tags:

      1. Open a commit that has many tags
      2. Observe that there is a large gap between the first tag and the link to reveal the remaining tags
