Branches screen shows Gravatar even if user has a local avatar

When looking at the list of branches in Bitbucket Server, the avatar displayed for user who made the last change to the branch is always the Gravatar, even if the user has a local avatar defined (which is displayed in other places in the Bitbucket UI).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up a Gravatar for the e-mail address of the Bitbucket Server user
2. Log into Bitbucket Server as that user
3. Click the user profile icon at the top right and select Manage profile
4. Click Change avatar
5. Click Upload an image or Take a photo and choose any image file or take a photo (as long as it differs from the Gravatar)
6. Click Save
7. Open a repository in which the current user is the last user who made a change to a branch
8. Click Branches on the left

Expected result

The avatar displayed in the Updated column is the image that you just uploaded

Actual result

The avatar displayed is the Gravatar image

There is no known workaround
