Include built in monitoring-capabilities for tools like Prometheus/Grafana/etc

"We have quite a well-established monitoring portfolio based on Prometheus/Grafana/etc – and in this context, we wonder if the Atlassian products, and BitBucket in particular, offers monitoring-capabilities suitable in this context. Having well-established monitoring will enable us to have a good overview over health/resource-usage back in time, as well as current situation, and offer alerting when reaching thresholds, resulting in a better governance and operation of our tooling-stack.

Ideally an integrated plugin with the product which offers Prometheus compatible metrics.
