We use compound email addresses as part of our pairing process.

This can be set up from the command line as follows:

git config --global user.email "dev.one+dev.two@example.com"

Bitbucket cannot resolve this compound email address to the individual contributors. Commits made using a compound email address can not be attributed in the Bitbucket user interface.
