Not only should we be able to retrieve annotated tag info from the REST API - we should be able to view annotated tag info in the Bitbucket UI. Perhaps as a tooltip when hovering over a tag. It's odd that we can specify the tag message when creating a tag directly through Bitbucket, but that message can't be viewed anywhere in the UI.
