Currently, we display ‘public’ on repositories and show a lozenge.

There are situations where we don't show ‘public’, such as on the ‘public repositories’ page.

We don't show ‘public’ for projects, although we are adding the lozenge to the projects list only for now.

We should look at where and when we show / don't show this so it's clear and consistent.
