      Summary

      Filenames with " and " cause 404 error for the download link in commits page of binary file that can't be rendered

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Push a binary file that can’t be rendered with “ and ” in filename to Bitbucket
        e.g my failed and broken file.qvw
        my failed and broken file.docx
      2. go to a specific commit of that file in the UI
      3. Click on the two "Download file" links generated

      Expected Results

      Download starts

      Actual results

      No exception is thrown in the atlassian-bitbucket.log file:
      Download fails with 404 error

      • Error

      Workaround

      Rename the file
