Be able to disable "Create pull request" for trunk branches

      Summary:
      Whenever I push to a $RELEASE/trunk branch, git gives me the message:

      remote: Create pull request for Edge/trunk:
      remote: https://example.com/projects/SLUG/repos/repo/compare/commits?sourceBranch=refs/heads/Edge/trunk
      remote:

      This seems misleading for trunk based branches.
