Make Jira issue field accessible for visually impaired users

Problem Definition

Logging into Bitbucket and opening a random project, then opening the list of branches.

If the integration between Jira and Bitbucket is implemented some branches have a link to a specific Jira issue they're related to.

When clicking on one of the links, Bitbucket opens a "div" where content from Jira is rendered.

This inline div isn't visible for Braille devices, so users in need to use such devices are only able to notice there's something, though they're unable to get the content.
