When you add a comment to a file and author commits a new version of the file you no longer see that comment there. It's visible only in Overview tab. It's then quite difficult to keep track if changes requested by the comment have been done in the file if you have to switch between tabs to see the comment or the diff.

Comments to given file should be available in the file diff through the whole PR lifetime.
