Allow addition of bitbucket user groups as pull request reviewers or as default reviewers

      Hi,

      Currently Bitbucket server doesn't allow addition of Bitbucket user groups on pull requests as reviewers or as default reviewers on repositories. This IMO is a basic feature for user management.  Could you please consider
