Add possibility to specify changed files names pattern when adding default reviewers to pull requests

Details

    Description

      When default reviewers are assigned to pull request that match specified source and target branch name there is no possibility to specify changed files names pattern that should be matched by at least one file changed in branch.

      Such functionality would allow to assign default reviewers to certain pull request only if files that match specified file name pattern are changed, e.g. assign DBA to pull request only in case if any *.sql or Liquibase (or any other DB versioning tool) change-set file (xml, yaml etc.) is changed.
