I've noticed in some situation that the pull request title gets automatically filled in, but the vast majority of the time it is left blank. Is there a pattern to when this occurs or is it a bug? (I use Chrome Version 33.0.1750.146 if it matters)

In general I'd like to have it auto fill in something ("Branch A -> Branch B" would be a good start).
