Some of our project team are not technical background. I don't want them to access repository, but just for issue tracker only. So that they can report bugs or features through bitbucket. Also, I don't want my project's issues been public. Are you plan to implement this kind of Access management option in addition to Admin, Read, Write. For example, "Issues Only".
