For example, I uploaded file named "ГрафикРазработки.xlsx" to Downloads section of our repository (not in the source code).

It's name is correctly displayed in files list, and can be downloaded.

But when I download it, downloaded file has name like "!5D" instead of "ГрафикРазработки.xlsx" (as it was original).
