Likes REST API returns a 404

The 'likes' api, as described in the documentation, always returns a 404. For example:

https://api.bitbucket.org/1.0/repositories/atlassian/remotable-plugins/changesets/f50e4672429df3e238bde6c949adae14c92528dc

exists and allows /comments but

https://api.bitbucket.org/1.0/repositories/atlassian/remotable-plugins/changesets/f50e4672429df3e238bde6c949adae14c92528dc/likes

fails with a 404.
