Additon to 'Workflow' dropdown box for Issue Tracker

Hi

Would you please consider adding ASAP a new entry into the drop down table of 'Workflow' options on the Issue tracker.

We DESPERATELY need on that we can mark issues as 'done' but the issue will not be 'resolved' until it has been verified and tested.

Therefore I propose a new entry called 'For Review', that would allow us to mark off work done, but not yet 'signed off' by the appropriate stakeholder.

This is (I imagine) a trivial thing to add (one XML list?) but it would improve our workflow TREMENDOUSLY.
