When I give more than 4 members of my team write access to my repositories, the system degrades all their permissions to read-only.

We're paying for Bitbucket OnDemand, so why is this limit in place for us? Giving team members access to our repositories is an essential functional requirement in our day-to-day software development practice. Having this limit in place is a constant drag on our ability to develop software efficiently.
