Custom domain + retrieving branches = XHR Error (BB-6382)

Clicking on "master" from my custom domain causes a cross domain error.

"XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://bitbucket.org/api/1.0/repositories/xxxxxx/yyyy/branches-tags. Origin https://xxxxx.com is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin."
