Using the "issue #<num>" syntax in a commit message creates a link to the issue from the commit message but the commit doesn't always link back to the issue.

Sometimes I've seen the issue get a comment that looks like this -

→ <<cset 89181efb149c>>

But most of the time this doesn't happen.
